Riverside county needs to do whole lot more than just tacking up these signs on foreclosed properties. This entire street has been neglected by the banks and the city has done nothing to alleviate this problem.
The city really contributes to the blight when every other home in the neighborhood has city postings and eviction notices. They need to start pulling these signs down after 30 days.
Not the worst government owned property I've seen but certainly not the best. If the GOV could add a little water and clean up the trash along the sides this wouldn't look half bad.
