The banks don't care about these properties so why should the community. The city obviously turns a blind eye to this problem and is so frightened to contact the banks and invoke fines upon them. We need a new council.
home is now the biggest eye sore on the entire street. If I had the money I would buy this home and rent it out or lease option it to someone who cares enough to take care of it.
When this house was foreclosed on I thought it would immediatley sell. Once I saw the sheer neglect, I knew my property value as well other values in the neighborhood would soon go down. This should be addressed by the city.
