This home was beautiful and owned by wonderful people who had to leave due to recession job loss. They tried to work with the bank and of course bank wouldn't work with them. The property has been empty for almost 2 yrs not for sale and is a mess. Multiply neighbors have called BOA and complained only to be given the run around and nothing happening. What these banks are doing is a disgrace and ruining others property values in the process...Thanks for nothing Bank of America. Pictures to be posted soon
Sheriff sold 4/25/09 to IndyMac Bank. Neighbors have now given up mowing the property. People have either been squating or visiting the house through open doors. IndyMac refuses to talk to neighbors and refers us to Elkhart County who says IndyMac owns property outright. County will mow and fine at least once, but won't keep mowing. Property not up for sale. Thanks for being such a horrible and unresponsive neighbor IndyMac. Shame on you.
Abandoned for over the year, this property is at the very entrance to the subdivision so it is the first thing people see when they enter. The vegetation had grown quite large and is now dead and brown.
Home has been vacant for over 2 years. Front grass is 2 feet tall and beginning to dry, which is a fire hazard. Large weeping willow tree in front yard is dead and split in half...with one half falling on neighbors yard this past winter. Branches from tree have been piled up in front yard, another fire hazard.
This home has been vacant for over a year. The yard is overgrown and trash is everwhere. Trash is also spread throughout the inside of the house and rodents have most likely taken over.
Home has been vacant and in disrepair for two years. Agent says home is stuck in the Short Sale "Process" and Bank of America/Countrywide is not responding in a timely manner
Home has been vacant for 2 years and property has never been maintained. It's an eyesore to the community. The Agent says there is a contract for short sale, but the lender will not expedite it.
